Prior to opening my agency, I worked as a corporate agent for 17 years. I’ve worked on multiple projects and departments which gives me more of a high-level view of the situations presented. I spent the majority of that time licensed in all 50 states and D.C. My teams were the first to pilot the multi-line, now bundle, approach through the corporate channel. Through the years, customer education and advocacy have remained my focus. Many times working with families transitioning from state to state may have more complicated situations. I’ve always had a passion for helping our military families. My empathy comes from my parents who are veterans. Prior to settling in Hampton Roads, I lived in 6 states and 2 countries. I will never trade that experience. I’ve always believed in serving the community. If we do know better we do better. It is our duty to be of assistance where it is possible.
